So in conclusion:

Dare To Be Good:

To succeed in this tough 21st Century world - you will need, first and foremost, to create new, enduring relationship bonds, with your clients.

You'll do this, with a constant stream of business-building ideas.

And of course you'll do this - by outstanding competence in executing individual assignments.

You'll do this, by creating a clear model of how business works -- and the strategies for success -- in the years ahead. So adopt my model, tinker with it, or reject it. But make sure you have a clear model you can use for yourself, and you can share with your clients.

You will succeed, if you understand, and can convince your clients that success means adopting not one or two, but all the strategic imperatives I (or you) will have identified.

This is very much like the four wheels on your car. You need them all. You can't brag about how wonderful your car is -- if you only have three terrific wheels.

You will succeed when you too will practice values, as part of your core competencies. When you'll have the courage to tell your clients not just what they want to hear, but what really can build their business. When you have the courage to do what's right for them, not just right for you.

You will win big when you'll dare to be good at every critical competence in your arsenal and good at practicing your values. So dare to be good, in everything you do. I wish you good luck. And thank you for being here.
